Bruce D. Marks
Since his call to the Bar in 1993, Bruce has represented a vast array of clients, both individuals and corporations. This has provided him with an extensive background in many areas of law, including Estates and Trusts, Business Law, Purchases and Sales, Leasing, Service Contracts, Employment, Financing, and Privacy Matters.
As a litigator, Bruce has handled cases in the areas of Wills and Estates, Commercial and Business disputes as well as Professional Liability and Personal Injury matters.
Early in his career, he taught Business Law at the Bar Admission course, preparing graduates for the Bar Admission exams in both Toronto and Ottawa.
As in-house counsel for a local high tech firm, Bruce led a staff of three lawyers, a paralegal, an articling student, and a law student.
In his spare time, Bruce enjoys his young family and travelling.
